Just like in real life, its difficult to avoid all "seven deadly sins" in sales. This is why its so hard to find superstar sales people. The incredible ones are not "sinners" in any way. The sin that bothers me most is Ignorance. After a salesperson has worked so hard to secure a meeting, how could they not cultivate a solid relationship to help them earn the deal? Ignorance also leads to not knowing a prospect's true needs, their structure and talking too much.
