Not sure I whole-heartly agree with your suggestion that sales people are 'perpetually in a state of war'. I thought sales people were aiming to help the prospect understand the benefits of buying the product or service from you? To suggest that the prospect is you enermy seems a bit strange....or am I wrong here?
